Welcome to the Akamai Developer Discussion Forum! We’re so glad to have you. To celebrate the launch of this new community space, we’re inviting you to join us in our month-long sweepstakes event.

Participating is pretty simple:

Create a free forum account at discuss.akamai.com and

  • Share a Dev Tip for a chance to win the grand prize. We’ll choose 4 random eligible knowledge article authors and give them each $300 cloud computing credit, in addition to 5 different mouse pads and a desk pad.
  • Add a developer event that is not on the calendar, yet, to Upcoming Events. Four winners will be chosen randomly to win $200 cloud computing credit each, plus 5 mouse pads and 1 desk pad.
  • Leave a comment on our most recent developer recap post for a chance to be 1 of 4 winners to win $100 cloud computing credit, 5 mouse pads, and a desk pad. Your comment should relate to the post in some way, however you see fit

All desk pads are inspired by retro games and were created in collaboration with Zach Soares, a voxel art teacher and designer.

Participants must be from the United States, the United Kingdom, or the Netherlands and at least 18 years of age to be eligible. While we want to celebrate with everyone, we must follow the contest laws that govern companies like ours.

Winner selections will be random, with winners selected via random.org.

The sweepstakes runs for 4 weeks, from June 26th, 2023 at 12:01 AM ET until July 24th, 2023 at 12:59 PM ET. Winners will be announced by EOD (ET) by July 28th, 2023.

Akamai employees are welcome to post and comment but are ineligible for prizes.
